URGENT NOTICE:  ACTION NEEDED

Dear  Wey  Valley  Resident

Re:  Appeal by C G Fry against  the  decision to  refuse  340 houses on land adjacent to Nottington  Lane

You may remember the original application was refused last July on the grounds of insufficient information being presented on the effect that the development would have on the traffic and flooding issues within Nottington village.
The developer has now appealed. The council have decided NOT to defend their original decision which means that the Public Enquiry may be cancelled.

130 representations were initially made, the vast majority against the application.  These will be passed on to the inspectorate.

We need 300+ new letters by 7th March

If enough people write in we have a good chance of making sure the Public Enquiry goes ahead. We have the support of the CPRE (Campaign for Rural England)
You can make new representations even if you have done so already. Maybe you have new information to share, pictures, or did not respond before for various reasons? Or just write again!

Please make any new representations to: https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk
