NOTICE: ACTION NEEDED Reminder
Dear
Wey Valley Resident
Re: Appeal by C G Fry against the decision
to refuse 340 houses on land
adjacent to Nottington Lane
You
received a letter from us last week regarding
the appeal currently ongoing by CG Fry against the decision by our council to
refuse planning permission to build 340 houses on land off Nottington Lane
We
still need your letters! They do take 7
– 10days to show on the website but they must be submitted by 7th
March
IDEAS
·
Increased traffic causing danger to residents and walkers
in Nottington Lane and Coldhabour and use of the road being used as a rat run
from the Granby Ind Estate and Chickerell
·
Loss of gap between Dorchester Road and Nottington
·
Incremental sprawl filling in the areas of green fields
between Chickerell and Nottington and Upwey
·
Impact on wildlife
·
Flooding in Nottington-extra water run off causing more
problems
Please
look at the original letters on the council ‘dorsetforyou’ website for more
ideas
It
does not have to be ‘legal’ language just write from the heart.
Please call Phil on 07738164280 or email on philwak
@gmail.com for the links to the Appeal website or the Council website. John
at 07958615725 is available to speak to for further information
Copies of these flyers are available at
Breaking
news It is possible that the inspectorate will
downgrade the appeal to a written enquiry only. This is not good for us. The more public interest we can generate will
help ensure a Public Inquiry.
On
your letter to the inspectorate please request that the appeal is not
downgraded.
